Emma provided a relaxed professional assessment of how to take care of myself better with genuinely beneficial outcomes. I found it interesting, enjoyable and thoroughly worthwhile. I wish I'd done it years ago!

It has been a busy time since my last post and I haven’t been very good at making the time to update my website. So, while I am still beavering away with building my practice, here are a couple of testimonials that have kindly been written by two of my recent clients.

Over the holidays, I intend to catch up with more articles to post here to spread the good word of balanced nutrition and in 2020, I will be able to keep you all updated with a research project that I will be involved with at the University of Suffolk that is part of a larger European study.

In the meantime, should you have any questions regarding your nutritional requirements, I offer free 15 minute consultations by phone or in person.

Realistic and achievable changes (Google Review)

I had a couple of appointments with qualified nutritionist Emma Harvey Lawrence earlier this summer. She was enormously helpful in reviewing my diet and the medication I’m taking – both regarding my health in general but also specifically in relation to a recent diagnosis of a rheumatic condition. Changes she suggested were realistic and achievable, with some very useful information and guidance around supplements which I have been able to make positive use of.

What I especially appreciated was Emma’s commitment to ensuring she had a full understanding of my condition, accessing up-to-date research I’d not managed to locate from my own web-searches and being willing to take the time to share relevant details with me. This has helped me to feel better informed in discussions with both my GP and consultant, where I’ve been able to ask informed questions and to be more confident in presenting a case for the support I consider that I need.

Woolpit Complementary, where Emma’s practice is based, is a calm and friendly environment with lots of parking. I found Emma genuine, approachable and pleasant in her manner and she has also provided a follow-up service as part of my sessions, so if I have any queries I know I can email her. I’ve got no hesitation in recommending Nutrition Creative and I will definitely return if and when I need to in future. J.O, October 2019
